DENSO updates wiper blades catalogue

DENSO’s latest aftermarket wiper blades catalogue includes a new part number key and updated fitting instructions for all blade types. Additional application tables include new part numbers added to the range consisting of 45 new front flat blade parts, 18 new rear flat blade parts and one new conventional rear blade part.

The newest part numbers add 196 models to the range increasing DENSO’s car parc coverage to 92.5 %. These cover older versions of car models not previously covered, as well as new models still in production with notable vehicles including the Volkswagen Golf (03-09), Peugeot 306 (93-02), Mercedes-Benz A-Class (2012 -) and the BMW 3 Series (2011 -).

    Klarius has launched a new web-based parts directory. The WebCat 2018 provides complete online access to 10,000+ parts including exhaust components, catalytic converters, DPFs and fitting kits. Each part is not only searchable by the Klarius part number but also by competitor reference and OE reference. Each result displays a technical drawing of the full emission system, with all components and kits clearly labelled for easy identification. New parts data will appear on the WebCat first, before being added to other commercial cataloguing systems such as TecDoc and MAM. With the Klarius R&D department adding new-to-range parts on a daily basis, updates will be frequent.

  • BM Catalysts welcome DPF decision  

    BM Catalysts has welcomed the Department for Transport (DfT) decision to reiterate the strict requirements for selling catalytic converters and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) into the UK. The firm believes it will help reduce the number of non-compliant products being sold and subsequently fitted in the UK market.The DfT also advises that DPFs cannot be sold for Euro 5 vehicles without the required homologation to meet European standards.
