Mintex: New to range MINI, Ford and BMW pads available

Mintex has added a number of new references for Mini, Ford and BMW applications to its aftermarket range. The new additions are front brake pads for the MINI Countryman JCW ALL4 (2017), Ford Kuga (2016) and BMW i8 hybrid (2015).

As part of global OE manufacturer TMD Friction, the brake pads are made to match the vehicles’ original braking systems, and work to complement the wide range of Mintex products.

Mintex also benefits from TMD Friction’s commitment to research, development and innovation, with friction material going through rigorous development processes that  take at least two years.

    Klarius Products has introduced over 70 new references to its 10,000-plus part range. The Vauxhall Agila 1.2, Astra Turbo and Meriva 1.7 all receive new aftermarket exhaust systems.   • DENSO thermal range expands  

    DENSO has expanded its range of A/C part numbers for workshops. In total 23 new part numbers have been added, consisting of two drier cartridges, three pressure switches and 18 expansion valves. The range expansion covers a variety of applications from major manufacturers such as Audi, Fiat, Ford and Jeep. The new offering extends the range to provide 1,302 additional applications, linked to 36 OE part numbers. It provides independent aftermarket distributors and workshops a comprehensive selection of parts to meet growing demand. The new A/C parts can be found in the DENSO E-catalogue and TecDoc.

  • DENSO launches new sensors for Toyota and Lexus  

    DENSO has added 10 camshaft and crankshaft position sensors to its range. The five new crankshaft position sensors have 129 applications across the Toyota and Lexus range incorporating both past and present vehicle models. The eight new camshaft position sensors have 119 applications across the same vehicle pool.

  • TMD Friction enhances parts look up with Brakebook 

    TMD Friction has enhanced its brake parts look-up service for garages and factors with the introduction of Brakebook, an online and app-based portal. The new and improved system now includes a vehicle registration look-up which identifies brake parts using a vehicle’s registration number. Other features include product catalogue downloads, regular updates on new-to-range products and an expert search functionality, allowing users to search by size of component. A final improvement- a brake pad scanner -has also been incorporated for Textar. Brakebook is available across Apple and Android devices.

  • Pagid bolsters brake range 

    Pagid has added 20 new product lines to its range so far in 2018, further extending its aftermarket coverage. The update sees additions for the front brake pads on the VW Arteon (2017 -) and the BMW i8 plug-in hybrid (2014 -). It also has new brake disc applications for the Nissan Navarra (NP300 2015) and the Renault Megane (2016 -). The Pagid aftermarket brake range covers passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and EVs and caters for 99% of the UK’s vehicle parc. It is exclusively available through Euro Car Parts.
