Retrofit tyre monitoring

A retrofit Tyre pressure monitoring system is offered by Celsus. The Paser SKT 170 plugs in behind the audio head unit and can be calibrated in minutes from tyre pressures and a road test. It continuously monitors CAN Bus rolling radius data and issues warnings if problems are detected. With no tyre sensors, the unit is said to be more reliable and very competitive on price. Alerts can be activated for tyre wear and even excess speed if desired. Vehicle manufacturer specific harnesses are supplied for a range of popular Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Peugeot, Skoda and VW models.
