Motorcycle alignment

The CMS engineering tool, developed by motorcycle frame measuring specialist Scheibner, allows you to assess the consequences of any chassis set-up adjustment before you make the changes. It works with the Scheibner Megamax aligner to ensure a frame repair is viable before the bike is stripped down. Data such as trail, rake, wheelbase, swing arm length and angle, offset and all relevant heights and axes can be taken. This data is used with the Megamax information and the results are displayed on screen. This data from each set up is stored so the geometry can be retrieved and restored whenever tyres are changed (or when road or track conditions are repeated, making it ideal for pit lanes and workshops who undertake this type of work).
