Auto3iii says new Castrol partnership to benefit garages

Auto3iii is partnering with Castrol and The Race Group in a move to expand its electronic vehicle health check (eVHC) solutions to more than 270 UK Castrol Service workshops.

The collaboration will see Auto3iii’s AI-powered solutions support garages in boosting sales and strengthening relationships with customers.

Auto3iii offers technicians an easy-to-use mobile app that prompts them to complete bespoke checks while adding notes, measurements, photos or videos in real time. The software is fully customisable to meet the needs of modern garages and simplify aftersales.

Michelle Rice, head of automotive at The Race Group, said: “Auto3iii’s solutions are intuitive, customisable, and they make life easier for both technicians and front-of-house teams alike. What really sets Auto3iii apart is how well the technology communicates with customers, helping them understand the ‘why’ behind the work.”

David Leighton, director of Auto3iii, said: “This is a big feather in our cap and an incredible opportunity to bring our offering to life across one of the most respected networks in the industry, Castrol Service.”
