BM Catalysts’ DPFs driving cleaner diesel innovation

BM Catalysts, a leading manufacturer of hot-end emissions products, says it is charting significant growth with its mission of tackling air pollution through its expanded DPF range.
Carefully crafted in its state-of-the-art facilities, BM’s DPFs are made of premium-grade ceramics and 409 grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent heat resistance and durability.
The entire range goes through extensive testing, including fitment trials, flow rate assessments and thermal endurance checks.
In the UK, with roughly 42 million vehicles in use and many being diesel, the opportunity for growth is substantial, BM said. Its range covers over 90% of the European car parc, including almost 42 million diesel vehicles where DPF technology is utilised.
These DPFs are designed to pass stringent testing while delivering optimal performance and durability.
BM’s range of premium DPFs include those made using silicon carbide. This material is also known as carborundum, which is widely used in applications that require high thermal strength endurance.
