BORG Automotive Group appoints new CEO

BORG Automotive Group has appointed Jesper Møberg to succeed Kim Kruse Andersen as CEO, while Ernst Kildegaard has been promoted to executive VP.
The moves came as BORG appointed a new senior leadership team to drive the next phase of growth and launch its ‘Refine4Future’ strategy.
BORG said on June 30 that Møberg’s appointment, with immediate effect, would see him bring to the role a strong strategic profile, deep industry knowledge, and 15 years of experience within the group.
He most recently served as CFO, since 2023, and will now lead Refine4Future, a strategic direction focusing on driving sustainable growth and ensuring competitiveness in a rapidly changing market. The goal is to strengthen BORG’s position as a leading supplier of remanufactured and newly produced automotive parts.
Kildegaard most recently held the post of chief supply chain officer.
Meanwhile, BORG’s board thanked Kruse Andersen for his outstanding commitment, vision, and leadership. He has been part of BORG Automotive Group since 2009 and served as CEO since 2014.
