ETB Autocentres hails partnership with Tec4

ETB Autocentres is motoring towards even greater customer service levels after securing a significant partnership with one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of premium engine and fuel treatments.

The partnership means ETB can now add Tec4 to its range of suppliers, with its petrol and diesel contamination removal solutions becoming available at all centres.

The Tec4 addition strengthens ETB’s range of premium products and arrives on the back of customer feedback and regular dialogue with centre managers and technicians.

Tec4 says its non-combustible, detergent-based formulas work by cleaning and lubricating the entire fuel system — from the fuel tank through to the combustion chamber and out through the exhaust — removing harmful contamination and protecting against corrosion.

Cost savings

The benefits for motorists include lower emissions, enhanced miles per gallon, improved driving performance and long-term cost savings.

Bob Welch, MD of Tec4, said: “Since launching the programme the feedback has been wholly positive. Improving profit is great but by far the biggest win has been the increase in customer satisfaction which is ultimately what drives business.”
