FAI unveils timing chain kits warranty upgrade

FAI Automotive has reinforced its commitment to high-quality engine repair solutions with the introduction of an extended five-year / 60,000-mile warranty across its full timing chain kit (TCK) range.

FAI has supplied the market with OE-matching timing chain solutions for more than 15 years and over 2.5 million kits have been sold.

The TCK range undergoes rigorous testing, including endurance, durability, destruction and thermal shock testing, ensuring each kit performs reliably over a long service life.

FAI said the programme incorporates the latest OE advancements, such as high torque chains for modern applications. Chain flex is limited to 0.3%, far exceeding the aftermarket norm of 1-3%, further extending longevity.

The extended warranty applies to all kits purchased from December 1, 2025.
