Garage Hive launches front-of-house training

Garage Hive has launched an IMI-approved course for front-of-house service advisors at its training centre in Nottingham.

Head of training Tom Langridge said: “Service advisors are often the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in shaping the garage experience.”

The two-day course provides practical skills and in-depth understanding needed to use Garage Hive’s platform to the full, Langridge said.

“Front-of-house teams are essential in building trust, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service journey. This training empowers them to maximise efficiency, improve customer interactions, and deliver a professional experience that sets independent garages apart.”

Delegates who successfully complete the course will also receive 12 months of IMI affiliate membership, providing ongoing professional support and resources.

The Garage Hive Training Centre opened last year . Additional courses are set to be announced in the coming months.
