Garage services group LCM acquires CorroGuard

Garage forecourts infrastructure company LCM has acquired coatings and linings firm CorroGuard for an undisclosed sum.
LCM, which announced the takeover on November 4, said the deal would see the firms offering a comprehensive range of coating and lining services, including glass flake and GRP laminate systems.
An LCM spokesperson told Aftermarket both companies are involved in the refurbishment and installation of infrastructure for garages such as below-forecourt fuel tanks and associated installations.
“We are delighted to welcome CorroGuard to the LCM family,” said Richard Wallace, CEO of LCM.
“This acquisition will enable us to improve our service offerings, enhance our geographic reach, and further strengthen our position as a leading provider in the industry.”
Richard Turbutt, director at CorroGuard said: “This partnership will allow us to combine our strengths to deliver even greater value to our customers and partners.”
