GSF opens Barking branch

GSF Car Parts has extended its reach in the London area with the opening of its penultimate new branch of the calendar year in Barking.

The new branch, announced on September 10, brings the total number of GSF locations ever closer to 200

Barking branch boasts 5,340 sq ft of space and a fleet of four vans and four bikes.

Branch manager Harry Ambalal Patel said: “We have a fantastic community of garages here, so the Barking branch is well located to service them efficiently. We’ll be running regular deliveries, as our patch is quite large, so we can ensure our customers will have no trouble getting the parts they need in a timely manner.”

The opening follows last month’s launch of new branches in Ruislip and Stockton.

GSF has also announced plans for a national distribution centre in Wolverhampton, which the company told Aftermarket is expected to come on stream in the fourth quarter of this year.
