Entries are now officially open for the Top Awards 2026, as the programme returns to recognise the very best of the UK automotive aftermarket for its 24th year.

Created for those working across the industry, the competition is designed to challenge skills, reward professionalism and support ongoing development. Independently judged and technically robust, the Top Awards reflect the real-world demands placed on today’s workshops and technicians. Each stage offers entrants the chance to test themselves, learn something new and understand how they compare with peers across the country.

Entries are now being invited for the five categories which make up the awards: Top Technician, Top Garage, Top Apprentice, Top Service Advisor and the Ben Workplace & Wellbeing award.

The 2026 edition once again benefits from the support of its headline sponsors. Snapon, Varta, Delphi, JLM Liquid Tools and GarageHive all return following last year’s programme, underlining their continued commitment to the sector. They are joined by Topdon UK, which comes on board as a headline sponsor for the first time.

Importantly, the value of taking part in the Top Awards extends well beyond the winners’ podium. Hundreds of entrants every year use the process as a benchmark for improvement, building confidence and supporting career progression.
