HiQ, Carsa partnership ‘to boost aftersales, dealership’

Automotive retail brands HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Carsa have launched a partnership the firms say will strengthen their respective aftersales and dealership expertise.
The move, announced on September 19, unites HiQ’s nationwide autocare experience with Carsa’s new dealership model to combine vehicle maintenance, sales, and customer service expertise.
The first two sites under the partnership have opened in Halesowen in the West Midlands and Cannock in Staffordshire. Both offer services including car sales, vehicle maintenance, tyre fitting and MOT testing.
HiQ, backed by Goodyear, operates a nationwide network of autocare centres with more than 160 sites across the UK.
Carsa has been in operation since 2020 and has grown to eight sites.
Visham Joshi, Carsa’s head of service, said: “We look forward to expanding what we do with HiQ in the future, with plans already in place to introduce more sites across the UK.
“With HiQ, we can use the booking system, offer a brilliant service and point of sale, and increase the touchpoints with customers.”
Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear retail director for the UK & Ireland, said the opening of the partners’ first sites is an opportunity for both brands to reach a broader range of customers and become more visible in communities.
