Joint venture set to boost support for garage network

A joint venture between Stellantis and MSX International aims to increase the support received by Eurorepar Car Service (ERCS) garages by creating a new enterprise called Octago.

The UK is the first international market to benefit, with the new organisation bringing together Stellantis’s parts distribution capabilities and MSX International’s automotive business consultancy expertise.

Central to Octago’s model is a team of dedicated performance managers who will work directly with ERCS members to analyse, advise and help optimise workshop operations. Unlike traditional field support roles, these performance managers are focused on outcomes such as identifying commercial opportunities, addressing operational bottlenecks and helping member businesses grow sustainably.

In time, Octago will also make available a new suite of tools and software designed to improve workshop efficiency, business management and customer service.

Octago is now live across the UK, with rollout continuing across its nine other European markets throughout the year.
