Morris Lubricants appoints Rebecca Jackson as racing ambassador

Morris Lubricants has appointed Rebecca Jackson as its first ever female racing ambassador.

As well as being a racing driver, Rebecca is also a television presenter, entrepreneur and motoring journalist. She will be competing in the FIA Electric Production Car Series this year and is excited to welcome Morris Lubricants aboard. Morris will start by supporting Rebecca during her season in the Tesla Model S P100D.

Commenting on her new role, Rebecca said: “I’m so pleased to have Morris Lubricants on board as they’ve been supporting British motorsport for a number of years. I’ve got no doubt we’re going to do fantastic things together.”

Alongside her efforts in the Electric Production Car Series, Rebecca will also be competing in another championship, which will be announced soon. Throughout her racing schedule, she’ll be working closely with the team at Morris Lubricants to promote the brand in the UK and beyond.

Gina Hinde, marketing manager at Morris Lubricants, added: “We see Rebecca as a fantastic ambassador for Morris Lubricants. 2018 is definitely going to be a strong year for women, which will bring significant step-changes towards equality and we hope that motorsport will follow this progression. Rebecca has proved herself as a very talented driver and that she can mix it up with the best of them.”
