New online store for genuine used Ford components

Ford has launched Ford Certified Used Parts, a new online store for Ford used components.

Available at usedparts.ford.co.uk, the store is operated by Autonative, Ford’s e-commerce partner for aftersales, in collaboration with vehicle dismantling specialist Charles Trent.

Each part listed on the platform is individually inspected, graded and photographed, so customers can see exactly what they are purchasing before completing their order. Components are offered across two grades, giving a clear choice depending on preference, while maintaining consistent fit and function.

As part of the programme, bespoke inspection and testing standards have been developed to reflect Ford’s engineering requirements, building on established UK industry standards. Implemented by Autonative, these are applied consistently across all Ford Certified Used Parts, ensuring every component is assessed in the same way.

Commenting on the launch, Tobias Wilks, Engineering Lead at Ford Customer Service Division, said: “Every Certified used part is thoroughly graded and inspected by Ford-approved processes to ensure it meets strict quality standards. Every single part goes through consistent rigorous testing, which is why we are confident to say all products are Ford certified.”

All Ford Certified Used Parts come with a 12-month warranty as standard and are supported by a dedicated customer service team, ensuring support is available throughout the purchase process and beyond.
