New tech support from Repairify
Repairify is providing workshops a new software support programme, through which its IMI-trained technicians remotely access asTech tools being used by repairers to assist with the challenges.
Repairify Managing Director Philip Peace commented: “We are constantly reviewing how we can improve the speed of our technology and the customer experience.”
Through the programme, Technicians at Repairify remotely access asTech tools to either provide a software support helpdesk facility or direct the problem to the remote services portal that is integrated into the app to send the job to its remote services team.
Philip added: “By further developing our fully integrated end-to-end technical solution, we can support clients to overcome technical issues as well as improve our job completion times.”
