Nissens has launched a short video that provides techs with step-by-step guidance on how to correctly diagnose and replace the thermal expansion valve (TXV) in an A/C system.

By watching the video, technicians will learn how to recognise common symptoms of a faulty TXV, how to replace a faulty TXV, and what are the most important A/C service procedures accompanying the replacement.

Commenting on the release of the video, a spokesman for Nissens said: “As the dedicated automotive systems specialist, Nissens Automotive supports the independent sector by sharing its valuable expertise. The goal is to spread quality technical knowledge and proven, best-practice principles that will enhance the reputation of workshops and their business competitiveness.”
