Nominations open as IAAF launches new AFTAs awards identity

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has launched the Aftermarket Federation Trade Awards (AFTAs), a new identity for its annual awards programme, with nominations now open for 2026.

The rebrand coincides with the IAAF Conference and Awards moving to The Vox at Resorts World Birmingham on 3 December.

Six categories are open for nominations, covering the passenger car and commercial vehicle aftermarket: Car Parts Distributor – 10+ branches; Car Parts Distributor – up to 10 branches; CV Supplier of the Year; CV Parts Distributor of the Year; Car Parts Supplier – Service; and Car Parts Supplier – Innovation.

Mark Field, Chief Executive of the IAAF, said: “The launch of the AFTAs marks an exciting new chapter for the IAAF’s annual awards and gives the programme a distinct identity of its own.

“At its heart, however, the purpose remains the same: to recognise the businesses, teams and achievements that make our aftermarket such a dynamic industry.”

The IAAF Awards Dinner will also feature comedian Rob Beckett, followed by an afterparty with Martin Kemp performing his Back to the 80s DJ set.

Nominations can now be submitted through the AFTAs online entry portal below and the entry deadline is October 10.
