Schaeffler Vitesco expands aftermarket range

Schaeffler has expanded its Schaeffler Vitesco aftermarket range, adding a broad selection of electronic and fuel system components following the brand’s UK launch with NOx sensors last year.

Following Vitesco’s integration into the Schaeffler Group in 2025, the portfolio now includes sensors, actuators, purge valves, reductant dosing units, high-pressure fuel pumps, transmission control units (TCUs), and diesel and petrol injectors.

The new TCUs are used in many dual-clutch, automated and automatic transmissions, including DSG and PowerShift applications. The range also includes mass air flow (MAF) sensors, temperature and pressure sensors, and NOx sensors for emissions monitoring.

The actuator range includes electronic throttle control units, which regulate airflow to the engine, and air control valves for diesel engines, which help manage fresh air intake and exhaust gas recirculation.

The expanded range is available for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural applications, with components manufactured to original equipment standards.
