The Top Awards 2026 return as one of the UK automotive aftermarket’s most respected recognition programmes, celebrating excellence across independent garages, technicians and apprentices.

Designed to benchmark the very best in technical ability, business performance and professional standards, the awards highlight individuals and workshops that consistently raise the bar within the industry.

Entries open in February 2026, inviting technicians, garage owners and apprentices from across the UK to put themselves forward. The competition process combines written submissions with practical and business-focused assessments, ensuring finalists are judged on real-world capability as well as knowledge.

The journey culminates in a Finals Day on 14 November 2026, where shortlisted competitors take part in hands-on challenges and presentations before the winners are announced at the awards celebration.

The Top Awards continue to play a key role in promoting skills development, professionalism and pride within the independent aftermarket, while giving finalists and winners national recognition for their achievements.
