MEYLE plugs into high-voltage training

MEYLE is looking to remind technicians about the e-learning course on high-voltage vehicles it is running vis its MEYLE Academy digital learning platform.

Participants receive a certificate after passing the final test. This qualification is based on the German DGUV regulations, which techs must have in Germany in order to be allowed to work on high-voltage vehicles.

MEYLE’s Senior Technical Trainer Patrick Stüdemann believes the e-learning for high-voltage vehicles will offer added value to garages worldwide: “In order to keep up with the rising demand for electrified vehicles, expanding the expertise in the safe handling of high-voltage vehicles will make automotive workshops more competitive.”

He added: “The course content is not only highly relevant for all workshops in Germany but also across the globe, since the training covers all essential aspects, when dealing with a high-voltage vehicle. That is why we felt the need to develop an English version being accessible for everyone.”

In addition to the high-voltage course, MEYLE also offers training on braking systems, intelligent repair solutions or oil changes for automatic transmissions.
