Keyloop and ThoughtSpot business intelligence deal

Keyloop has signed a partnership agreement with ThoughtSpot, the autonomous analytics platform company, to help speed up the use of artificial intelligence-driven business intelligence tools.

Under the partnership, Keyloop will be able to help retailers tailor their reports using simple, agentic natural language prompts, while sophisticated predictive trend analysis and automated workflows will guide motor retailers on how to stay ahead of emerging risks and counter potential costs.

Keyloop and ThoughtSpot are already working together on the architecture and key functionality of VEGA, Keyloop’s new suite of business intelligence tools that offer real-time data capture and automated insights.

VEGA will help retailers evaluate key aspects of their performance and identify how best to maximise customer and vehicle lifetime value, reducing costs and increasing margins.

Software

Incorporating market-leading AI capabilities from the outset, VEGA tools will be introduced to early adopters in September as an enhancement to Keyloop’s market-leading dealer management system.

The new tools will then become an embedded feature of the various software products comprised within Fusion, Keyloop’s new automotive retail platform, which helps motor retailers manage and optimise the full vehicle sales, inventory management and aftersales processes.

Tim Smith, chief strategy officer at Keyloop, said: “While automotive dealerships increasingly rely on data to drive profitability and improve customer experience, many still deal with disconnected systems, outdated reporting, and limited access to real-time intelligence.

“We recognised that retailers need top-of-the-line solutions to navigate these challenges and to make faster, smarter and more informed business decisions.”
