GSF opens doors in Basildon as more branches planned

GSF Car Parts has cut the ribbon to formally open its Basildon branch — the third to be opened this year, with another eight sites scheduled to open by May. 

A total of 12 full-time employees will work from the latest 7,342 ft² branch, along with six new vans operating from the site. Basildon also features office space, a retail area and a warehouse. 

Customers shopping online can enjoy the convenience of click & collect, with thousands of parts, tools and accessories eligible for same-day pickup. 

There are a range of opening offers for customers, including deals on brake pads and filters.

Siobhan Graveling, branch manager, said: “I’ve spent 24 years in the industry, moving up from a sales advisor and BDM to leading the team here in Basildon. I’m very excited about the opportunity here in Basildon, the team is made up of the very best local talent I’ve worked with, and we’re ready to become the No.1 aftermarket supplier in the area.”

GSF’s CEO Steve Horne (pictured above, centre) said the new branch will strengthen the level of service provided for local independent garages.
