GSF steers veteran filtration brand back to UK garages

GSF Car Parts is to be the major UK aftermarket supplier of the FRAM filtration range, under a deal that will also mark the return of the brand to the sector with the motor factor, which successfully sold the brand previously.

FRAM, manufactured by PURFLUX GROUP, draws on 70 years of OE and aftermarket expertise to deliver OE-quality filtration.

GSF will roll out FRAM filtration products across its network, delivering a comprehensive range with 90% coverage for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The OE quality range includes fuel, carbon and pollen cabin, air and oil filters designed to offer premium performance.

The partnership forms part of GSF’s continued investment in both its product catalogue and national footprint. With a further 20 branches planned for 2026, the business is set to expand its network to more than 220 sites nationwide. 

‘Opportunity’

Founded in the US in 1932 and established in Treforest in 1937, FRAM has long been part of the British motor trade.

In addition to product coverage, FRAM will support workshops with technical training, fitting guidance, an online catalogue and a dedicated mobile app.
