IAAF appoints new Vice-President

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has appointed Tina Drayson as its new Vice-President.
Tina, Operations Director at independent garage group CCM, the 2025 Top Garage – Multi-site winner, already plays a key role within the Association. As Head of the Garage Committee, she has been instrumental in strengthening engagement with the garage community and ensuring the voice of workshops is represented across the industry.
The Association recognised her commitment to the sector and the insight she brings from working closely with garages and technicians throughout it as a key factor in the decision to offer Tina the position.
Commenting on her appointment, Tina said: Being asked to take on the role of Vice President by the current President, Kevin Kelly, is a real honour. Having served as Head of Garage Section, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand the incredible work ethic and dedication of the team at IAAF. The level of commitment from the whole team and its members to supporting our industry is phenomenal, and to be able to play a bigger role in that is something about which I am genuinely excited.
“I’m particularly enthusiastic about ensuring that the garages are at the forefront of the aftermarket conversation, and strengthening the relationships between garages, motor factors and suppliers is essential for the continued success of our industry. The potential of closer collaboration across all these groups is extremely powerful. I am very much looking forward to the opportunities ahead and to contributing to the growth and influence of the IAAF.”
The IAAF has said it looks forward to continuing to work closely with Tina as it builds on its commitment to supporting garage members and championing the interests of the independent automotive aftermarket.
