OE quality electric air conditioning compressor

Motorservice has added to its aftermarket solutions for hybrid vehicles with a new electric air conditioning compressor for the Toyota Prius and Auris, covering more than three million vehicles worldwide.

The new compressor is supplied with two corresponding O-rings for the connections and is already filled with refrigerant oil.

Looking ahead, Motorservice says it plans to add additional OE-quality air conditioning compressors to its product range.

When replacing an electric air conditioning compressor, the system must be flushed beforehand. In addition, all non-flushable parts, such as the seals, expansion valve, and filter dryer, must be replaced; otherwise, contamination will remain in the system, which can damage the newly installed air conditioning compressor. If the non-flushable parts are not replaced, the new compressor’s warranty will be invalidated.
