TechFest 2025 concludes with record Wembley turnout

GSF Car Parts has wrapped up its final TechFest of 2025 with a record turnout, welcoming over 5,000 industry professionals, 80 leading suppliers and special guests to London Wembley.
The September 18 event, a key date on the industry calendar for independent garages, saw visitors enjoy exclusive on-the-night deals, network with top industry voices and enjoy a packed TechTalks programme.
Luke Garratt, UK technical manager at Delphi, led a live session on the main stage titled ‘What’s that Noise?’
The session offered a definitive guide to eliminating brake squeal. Technicians discovered the root causes of brake noise and were given practical techniques to minimise complaints in the workshop.
‘Insights’
“Brake squeal remains one of the most common issues garages face, and it can be frustrating for both technicians and customers,” Garratt said. “Our session gave attendees the insights and confidence to deliver quieter, safer, and more reliable braking every time.”
Steve Horne, CEO of GSF, said the event bridges the gap between garages and suppliers, helping both grow their impact. Planning for TechFest 2026 is already underway, he said.
Sukhpal Ahluwalia, executive chairman, said: “We’ve gathered plenty of thoughts, ideas and feedback which we’ll implement and apply to the business. I’m so proud of team GSF for pulling something truly amazing together and leading the way in the aftermarket industry.”
To round off the evening, the first TechFest Supplier Awards were announced: Most Improved TechFest Stand – Delphi; Best TechFest Stand – Comma; Best Innovation – Yuasa (bucket hat giveaway); Most Leads on the Night – Autel; Top Sales on the Night – Sealey.
